United StatesI can't say enough about the art and it's quality.. I've met them many time at conventions and bought many of the products in person, most of the art I have in my house is from Pixel Empire. The only issue I have is with the shipping. I ordered two posters and they came in a tight tube and it was hard to get it out. Once I got them out I found small wrinkles and bends on the poster. I give major credit to the customer service however, I showed them I had those issues and they responded immediately by sending me new posters and a few extra small items to make up for the issue. In the future I'll probably just buy from the conventions, or if they change the way they ship.their items. Then again also a good chance I'll buy something if I'll see something cool which is all the time. Thanks for being a great company!
