We usually announce new releases via our newsletter at least one day before they go on sale. On the day of the release, we make an announcement on Instagram (@thepixelempire) and Twitter (@ThePixel_Empire).
99% of the time our limited edition products will not be restocked. However, there are always exceptions. Just drop us an email or sign up for the 'Notify me if this product is restocked' on the product page.
No. We do not offer frames with our designs.
Any frames that you see are used strictly for presentation purposes only. Luckily, every size that we offer is a common frame size that can purchased online or at your local frame store.
Posters
Our 11x14 & 11x17 inch designs are printed on Epson Semi-Gloss 80 lbs paper.
All other size posters are printed on a wide format Semi-Gloss Photo Premium Paper.Â
Canvases
Canvas products are printed on a high-grade poly-cotton blend canvas and stretched over a hard, high-density wood fiberboard. Two plastic hinge hooks are mounted on the back of each canvas for hanging.
Apparel
All Pixel Empire apparel is printed using a super high tech digital print technique called Direct to Garment printing. We use the best machines in the business to ensure an extremely high quality print that knocks our competition out of the water!
We use the following garment brands for each apparel product types:
T-Shirts - Bella+Canvas 3001
Hoodies - Hanes F170
As long as the poster isn't a limited edition product, we absolutely can print any design at any size you request.

Some international countries will have added taxes, duties, and VAT. This is the buyer's responsibility, so make sure you know your country's import rules before purchase.

For shipments outside the US, your order may be subject to VAT (Value Added Tax), import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Pixel Empire ships your package DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid), and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.Â
If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office. Unfortunately, Pixel Empire is not able to request for your order to be shipped by a specific carrier. Carriers are determined for each order by package weight and product shipping restrictions.
Depending on what combination of products you purchase, you're order may arrive in multiple packages? So don't be alarmed if you order a poster and a t-shirt and one arrives a day before the other.

Some products on our site will ship from different locations, despite being placed in the same order. For instance apparel products will ship together, but will be separate from your phone case, poster, and canvas items.

Approved:Â These Pixels can be redeemed on rewards immediately
Pending:Â These Pixels are needed to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals
Cancelled:Â These Pixels will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the Pixels will change from pending to canceled)
